Be careful dealing with Phil Thomas with this company. Basically he took our check, cashed it and never even ordered the garage lift we signed the contract for. The amount was not a nominal amount. We believe it was his intent from the beginning to cash the check and never order the lift. Basically stealing our money. At the very least DO NOT give him money up front. BE AWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. PHIL IS A CON MAN. DO NOT TRUST HIM OR BELIEVE ANY WORD HE SAY IM TAKING HIM TWO COURT TO GET THE MONEY HE ROBBED FROM ME . ALSO IM REPORTING HIM TO THE IRS FOR THE ILLEGAL RECIEPT HE GAVE .

Working with Phil was the worst experience i have had with a vendor. We reached out to Phil in July of 2022 to request floor cleaner and a soap dispenser and were told we would have it in a couple weeks, no big deal. However, after trying to get ahold of Phil over a month later we continually had trouble and this continued for about 3-4 months.
