1st and foremost, we have used this company for the last 10 years for our primary home and ALL of our rentals, and will continue to do so. Secondly, NOT ONE TIME HAVE WE BEEN DISAPPOINTED in their services, Thirdly, you can beat their price for the jobs they do and Lastly, they aren’t limited to carpets- my grout looks A-MAY-ZING- my carpet that was ripped by my dog(can’t tell and still holding after 5 years) and what pet stains! Thanks Specialty’s Carpet cleaning people, we’ll be scheduling with you today!!!
We use them a lot for emergency water extractions and we always have to call them out a 2nd or 3rd time to get all the water they missed I would highly recommend someone else for all your carpet and extraction needs
Mike and his team went to my sons apartment to clean the carpet before my son vacating the apartment. The remaining belongings my son had were on the counter. Here is where the issues arose...1st they went in without my son being there then helped themselves to some of the items on the counter one being a $4500 Chopard watch but left the box this was his graduation gift.
