Dr. Rohayem, aka Dr. Z, is really good. Among his talents is his ability to explain everything in great detail making sure I understand what is going on. This is something that is rarely done in most of my experiences with other providers. You really can't go wrong with him. The practice seems to struggle with meeting afternoon appointment times. Dr Z is awesome! We really appreciated his honesty and explanation of everything. He listened and asked questions to get to the bottom of the problem. He was very thorough and gave us solutions to the problem. Took care is some issues right away and made my husband feel very comfortable and confident in him. He will do a follow up to make sure of our progress. We appreciated our first visit with Dr.Z, we highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Z.
Carrie the hearing test and hearing aid fitter was really nice and helpful when I was getting fitted for hearing loss. She was very friendly and made me feel special.
Whoever answered the phone was rude as heck. Would never recommend a business like that.
