I sat this morning waiting for my provider to meet with me. There was no one at the clinic to greet me, sign me in or tell me that my provider wouldn't be in. I was then scheduled for a teleheath online appointment. They ask of you to check in 15 mins prior. I sat waiting for an hour and my provider never checked in. I wasted 2 hours of my morning. This is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had.

I have had nothing but a great experience here. Dr. Bello is so kind and helpful, she doesn’t make me feel rushed or like she’s just trying to hurry up and get done with my appointment. She listens to any and all of my concerns. The front desk ladies are very kind and helpful. They have gone above and beyond to help me with any issues I’ve had and are always so kind and friendly.

Do not come here! It’s been the worst experience. It’s no wonder they have so many appointments available. The front desk is horrible and could not get me a simple referral. Switched my pcp to Health Texas and what a completely different experience. Zero Stars

Excellent experience with TSC. The staff went above & beyond the service that I required. I don't have to dread going back and would refer TSC to friends. Thank you so much.

This place is horrible I went for testing two days in a row first day the didn't help me because they said they were closing and would schedule an appointment the next day..so I ask to be scheduled apparently she didn't schedule me because I went back the next day and they told me I wasn't scheduled and that the stop doing blood work after 12 and they don't close until 5 it was 415 ..seems to me they just didn't want to be bothered .I will never go here or suggest this place to anyone again ..worst place I've been to .they d... read more
