I was extremely impressed with Dr. Lombardo. From the outset, he was thoughtful, empathetic, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in understanding my ear issue rather than simply rushing to a diagnosis. He listened carefully, explained his thinking clearly, and took a very professional, methodical approach to working through the problem. Top of the line experience. The facility was clean and welcoming not sterile and cold. From the first moment I walked in it felt very friendly and as if I was long distance family that I had never met yet. I was there to get my eyes checked as I have been struggling for almost 6 months to see up close. It's been 20 years probably since my eyes were checked, what a fun adventure of the new technology available.
