Staff was polite and helpful. Doctor was organized and informative.
Appt. was on time, early even. NP was attentive and listened to what I had to say. Seemed knowlegable. Was expert at cathater change. Its really sore now but dont think its her fault. Did not mention a Dr. by name. I had surgery done yesterday by Dr. Witmer. The whole operation was expert and flawless. I cannot imagine a better job done by everyone. Professional, attentive, clean, and polite. Thank you to all of them. I just did a follow up after surgery. All is well and am fully recovered.
Dr. Whitmer was very thorough in discussing my case and assured me about the needed procedure.
So many nice people to thank for a great experience every time I cone out to Castle for my appointment with Urology. So welcoming and family like visit. Mahalo to the valet, front desk. Leilani my nurse and P.A. Alia for taking care of my needs and being patient with my slow responses due to my stroke. You all are awesome.
