I love giving 5 Star reviews, but this is not one of them. After 2 emails and a phone call, I was assured that I would be contacted in 2 days to set an appointment. After 3 days I sent a reminder text with no response. Since then, despite 2 emails, a text and a voice-mail, I have had no response at all. I the last I requested at least a negative response, but nothing. Doesn't seem dependable. Forced to pick 1 star.
My experience with Specialty Building Consultants has been very positive. Chuck Marion provided an in-depth inspection of the stucco on my home. It provided information about the level of moisture in the stucco (EIFS) and any updates that were needed. After the updates were made, he provided a very thorough updated report. Mr Marion is very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.
