I am writing this review over a year after my lifts were installed. Ross came down spent several hours with us trying to figure out the best layout and how to maximize the space we have. Couldn't be happier dealing with him. Higly recommended.
While they do know what they're doing, their service is the pits. I have been calling Ross for over a year to have him come up and inspect/repair my lifts. He never returns my calls. I realize I am an hour away but if he cannot or is unwilling to service my lifts, he should contact another service center or let Mohawk know he isn't interested in my business. If I knew this was going to happen, I would have purchased Rotary or something else.
