We've had our Prius in a couple times to Specialty Auto and they've been great. Super nice and easy to work with. So far, they've done great work. We had some mouse damage and they fixed it quickly and for a good price.
They have been helping us through a possible recall (engine failure) with our car. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. Definitely will continue to use them as our long-term mechanic.
