Luis was very efficient and conscientious in cleaning my dryer vent. I would recommend Specialty Air Ducts for this cleaning.
Luis was knowledgeable, took time to explain what he was going to do and arrived within the approved time frame. I received text messages with his photo so I could anticipate who would be arriving. He took care within my home.
We have two air systems and were having a hard time finding a company that could do a thorough job cleaning a web of flexible ductwork, old and new, in an attic as well as crawl space after major construction and renovations. Specialty Air Ducts handled the entire process of cleaning our air system in a way that was professional and thorough from beginning to end. Luis treated us and our home with respect, explained everything before he began, and made reasonable recommendations as he went. Thank you for a job well done!
