Great service done quickly for cleaning out drier vents. I found out later the vent duct was not reattached properly and was venting into house after several dryer cycles. I re-attached it afterwards by removing panel. Specialty Air Ducts did reach out to me to help remedy the situation.
They did an excellent job today with cleaning out our air ducts! They were very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I will absolutely use them again! I plan on booking them very soon to clean out our dryer vent next!
Luis arrived during the time specified and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The team was able to work around me needing a room to be on a work conference call which was extremely helpful. They did a thorough job and ensured everything was put back the way it was. Highly recommend Specialty Airducts for anyone who hasn’t had their ducts and hvac system cleaned before!
