Excellent and friendly service technician that walked us through the whole process and kept us informed along the way. Despite all the work he did, left the house completely spotless and everything back in its place. Great experience and we highly recommend!
Our tech was awesome. He walked us through the entire process before he started. He happily answered all of our questions. He would put covers on his shoes when he came into the house, and he would take them off when he went outside. He had a lot of big stuff but when he was done everything was clean and left as it was when he got there. I will definitely recommend Specialty Air Ducts if all of your goes are as good as Louis.
Did a great job. Highly recommend. Came on time, explained the process and was very mindful of pets and maintaining cleanliness while doing the job. Cost were equal to other estimates we received.

Luis was our technician for the day and was super friendly and very thorough in his work. Took care of everything and did it with respect to our home. We immediately feel the difference in our home and can breath better and sleep well at night now. Will highly recommend Specialty Air Ducts for any duct work cleaning in the future!
