very disappointed with specialty accounting. I have an ongoing IRS problem that has been going on since 2012. I have called this office and emailed them and no one will return my calls. I even had my payroll dept. ADP call them and they want return there calls either.
Extremely disappointed in the blatant lack of communication. I've had ongoing problems with the IRS due to the wrong forms being filled out. I've been working on it for a COUPLE of years now due to NO COMMUNICATION, which is not due to any lack of an attempt on my part. I was getting to the point that I am thinking of involving a lawyer.
