I'm so sorry to write this negative review. Every item I ordered from Specialties Showroom has required warranty work/repair within the first month. That being said, stuff happens and I'm working through the warranty process. My major complaint is with their installation team, lack of communication, and lack of consideration for the safety of their customers. They recommended a Dave N to perform the installation of my new oven and hood. I won't go into all the drama around that, as agin, I understand that stuff happens. T... read more
