Misogynistic. Condescending to women. Lack customer service skills. I came in last weekend bc I had questions about a bicycle and have never felt so dimissed. This is actually the 2nd time I came in. The first time I came was last month and the staff were neither helpful nor friendly. Above and beyond? Not this place. Will never return and will never recommend.

How does this place have a 4.8 stars? What has retail been reduced to? The staff did not great us when we walked in, they were fixated on a computer screen like they just discovered cold fusion. They both looked up with a glance and mumbled a few words when I said hi. When they asked why I was there, I said bar tape, he looked down at my bike disdainfully and did not respond.
