Great experience every time. The guys are professional, knowledgeable and patient. I learn something new every time I visit the store.
Absolutely love these guys. Walked in trying to get a pair of clip in shoes for the first time today and Matt was nothing but kind and helpful walking me through all the differences between the different cleats and shoe options. Spent an hour in store and walked out with a very happy first purchase. While installing the pedals was a fee (wouldn't expect any less), they offered to tune up a couple of other random bits of my bike at no extra charge and that was extremely kind of them.
