Truly an excellent staff that really cares. Every single person was warm, welcoming, and helpful and doc, Heintz, was great!
We have had a couple of visits with BluePearl and had a wonderful experience. The first visit was an emergency and everyone we had an encounter with from the front office to the vet assistant to the surgeon were very pleasant and calm during our tense moments. The second visit was scheduled and the surgical consult help ease our minds and give us some information as to what my be going on with our Golden. BluePearl is my first thought for where to go to get excellent service and care for our fur babies.
I'm giving 2 stars because of the after care. For 6K all visits should be included! It's just that simple. $150 a visit for follow ups after surgery is unacceptable. Do better .........
Great doctors, kind, and caring
Dr. Ferrell walks with impeccable service, in terms of knowledge, caring for my dog Bear, his communication and his skills to perform a delicate surgery is beyond amazing. My husband and I are very grateful to Jesus, prayers answered and Dr. Ferrell’s overall skills. Bear surgery was successful and prayers continue on a daily basis. ~ My only disappointment is, Dr. Ferrell shared with me, he is relocating from Ft. Myers to Tampa.
