Great, They were kind.
Excellent professional service. They were on time, spoke details so we would understand, followed up after surgery. Very caring employees. Dr Ferrell was outstanding.
I took my dog into their emergency. Room waited for 3 hrs. Never got seen by a Dr. I thought so highly of them since the last time I was there with my dog I spent $1500 up front for the care of my dog without insurance! I guess I wasn't dressed appropriately seeing that I was more concerned with my dogs health, rather than dressing like I had money. Very upset & will never use their services again.I was scared, not knowing what was going on with my child.🤬
Got us in quickly , and saved my doodle from a unnecessary surgery
The people and the dr's re both smart and impressive. They want to do surgery on my small dog but I just don't have that kind of money. I will get back to them soon as I get my life squared away then see what can be done. Over 5,000.00 is a lot lot of money... Even with help 0ver 3,000.00 is still a lot. I will try real hard to get the money together after my Radiation treatments are done.
