We have been yo Blue Pearl a few times over the past few years. As usual, everyone was polite, personable and professional. It seems that it is difficult to get out for less than $800 which causes a hardship but for us and our pets, necessary.
The clinic itself seemed nice. The staff were kind. I took my dog in due to bloody stool. The way they create their treatment plan seemed backwards. Initially their “high end” quote was over $2k! They initially indicated our dog looked great on initial evaluation; but then they seemed to want to run all the tests and offer all the meds before testing results were even completed. Excelente Hospital ! Mi perrito lo llevamos con falta de aire, y al entrar al Hosptal en la misma puerta me preguntaron que tiene ? Les dije falta de oxígeno, me lo quitaron de las manos y se mandaron a correr para darle los primeros auxilios, no me dio tiempo de decirle el nombre de mi bebé. Le salvaron la vida El personal son muy atentos, amables y explican todo el procedimiento. Muchas gracias al doctor Colin Hurd y a sus enfermeras. Our experience with Blue Pearl Animal Hospital was exceptional from start to finish. Our dog underwent a double TPLO surgery, and through the surgeries and the recovery process, we always felt that our pet was receiving outstanding care.
