We lost our key to our Thule box while up in Frisco amongst all of the snow. My wife called around and found the guys at Specialized who were able to help. They quickly picked the old lock and replaced the locks with new ones. We were in and out within an hour, and back on the slopes that same morning. Highly recommend these guys and incredibly thankful for their help.
I've used Specialized before, and they have been and still are very accommodating for large or small jobs. They get you in and get it done.
This review is about the owner, Scott. Our vehicle would not start on the side of the road, and Scott stopped to help us. He was very kind and willing to help us however he could. Highly recommend doing business with him!
I called with an emergency windshield wiper repair I needed during a big snowstorm. I had to drive to Denver and my wipers weren't working. I had called 4 other shops in the area who said they were too busy to take a look at the issue. But, Brandon told me to come in and they'd see what they could do. They fixed it on the spot (while I took a work call) and couldn't have been nicer. I don't know how I would have been able to do the drive without working wipers and without their help!
