Svetlana is the best. I went on a trip to Italy with my boyfriend recently and she helped us through the entire process, offering us helpful tips and advice along the way. On the evening of our departure, we had an incident with the airline giving us a hard time about our tickets. So we called Svetlana for help and she was a lifesaver -- even getting on the phone with the airline reps and staying with us until we got everything resolved. Can't recommend her enough!
The itinerary Specialized Services arranged was awesome. What made our trip one of the best vacations ever was our personal driver, Philip Smith. His knowledge of Ireland and his pub, restaurant, show and site recommendations were spot on. Philip Smith truly made our visit to Ireland extremely memorable. Thank you to both Specialized and Philip Smith. We hope to return to Ireland in the future and will definitely be looking for Philip Smith to be our driver.
