I have been working with therapists from the Specialized Therapy Associates firm since May of 2020 and I have had nothing but positive experiences. I feel that the firm has established a safe space for me to work on coping with and healing from past trauma, while also developing new healthy habits for navigating everyday life. I've had a great experience all around. Very professional and helpful from all aspects (Therapists, Billing, Reception). They have really been a great support system the past few years.
I've had an amazing experience with my therapist. She's helped me through so much and I can't say enough good things about the experience, especially considering I was so anxious and worried about the whole process. I have been working with her for almost 4 years. I have not had any issues at all with the office and they've always been responsive and have called me back whenever I've needed to reach out to them for any reason.
One of the most irresponsible and unprofessional businesses I’ve ever used before. Have been canceled on multiple times without a call. Have been overcharged without consent. Worst part is zero care or compassion from management. They do not care about their clients. Would avoid at all costs.
Highly incompetent. Can’t coordinate among themselves to schedule an appointment , and when they do, they forget to tell the provider. Save your time and energy and don’t deal with them
