This company is only interested in high end projects. Inquired about redoing the stairs on my bungalow. Went to showroom and caught sales rep in a meeting. Little interest but offered to come out to do an evaluation and do quote. Set date with no show. Told by office that rep is lost but will get there. Rep calls to say she got the wrong day.
