I can’t praise this company enough for everything they’ve done to help our family since day one. On Valentines Day, we became a victim of our townhouse neighbor’s house fire. At 11pm and six fire trucks later we were left with no electricity, 3 inches of water on the first floor, smoke and soot damage throughout our home. Sunday morning we called to start the clean up. I hired Stephen based on a recommendation from my Chiropractor. He showed up and promised to take care of my home and my personal property (no contents coverage). I believed every word he said, but none of the things he told me that day were done. I had 8" of water in my home and was only supposed to have 1-2 feet of plaster removed. Looking for somebody to respond fast Specialized Restoration is the company you should hire. They came right away to address my leaking ceiling in my kitchen. They were very professional in the whole process and I valued that a lot. I highly recommend hiring them no matter how big or small the job is because you will get the same professional approach no matter what

If you are looking for a prompt, professional and experienced company to restore/remodel your home, these people are THE best. After Hurricane Ian badly damaged my condo in Placida, Florida, I reached out to Specialized Restoration. After I first signed the contract for them to restore the condo owners were notified that work would have to be delayed due to issues with insurance claims.
