Great people very helpfull
Wendy and tech are excellent and honest.
Called they didnt seem very knowledgeable and like they weren't wanting to work
JUST GO TO MAX COMFORT. We hired Specialized to work on a few leaks in our hot tub after moving it. Communication with this company is abysmal. During the 2 months and 15.5 hours of labor it took to fix these small leaks we were consistently put off. They never showed up when they said they would, then would show up randomly when we weren't home. No one ever called to say they couldn't come or when they were going to come. Wendillee and staff took excellent care of our spa. They went above and beyond routine maintenance and were always looking to provide preventative care to protect our equipment. Always professional and reasonable.
