ABSOLUTELY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!
DO NOT HIRE. Countless issues but most egregiously my hot tub has had a major leak since the day it was installed. SPS attempted a couple of fixes but none have held and it loses inches of water every week. They are now no longer replying to my requests for resolution despite multiple calls, texts and emails.
Service, Repairs, Warranty, Communication...... what's that????
Amazing pools and beautiful texture on the stones they did exactly what I asked for and the service is great after there was a new owner of the business, highly recommend
He's one of those guys that will speed up entering roundabouts on purpose so anyone making a reasonable decision to go for it will be pinched, and then he can ride your tail and feel good about himself. All in his company logo'd truck.
