Brian came to my house and gave me a quote to install a project. He started the project and did half of the work then said he would come back the following week to finish up the project. After that, I could never get a hold of him after that. I left multiple voicemails and sent multiple text messages. I paid him for half the work he did hoping you would come back to finish the rest.
