I was very pleased with the therapy i received from Jodi Reerink and Megan Kirwan at Rock Valley Physical Therapy. I was not familiar with the term “postural therapy”, and was informed of a condition I was not aware that I had. All I knew was that I was experiencing pain on the left side of my neck, as well as the left hip/sacral area. I had a great experience from beginning to end with RockValley on Maple St. I put an inquiry in on the website and literally got a call back within the hour. I explained my concerns with my knee and that it was caused by overuse in running. The front desk had assigned their PT Kevin, to treat my knee. He put together a wonderful routine, explained why he chose each exercise and how it would help me. I started by going to PT a couple times a week and then to just once a week. My experience with Rock Valley Therapy was nothing but positive. My therapists Megan and especially Jodi were very knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely concerned about my progress. As a result, the improvement in my condition was significant and it has made a huge difference in my overall well-being. I highly recommend Rock Valley to anyone in need of physical therapy services.
I've always had a negative look at physical therapy from a past experience 20 years ago. My mind has been changed with Rock Valley! Kevin was SO knowledgeable about the body mechanics! I had the worst pain of my life in my back, and within a week, there was a HUGE difference! He brought up.things I never thought of but it made so much sense. The office staff is so kind and it's so easy to get appointments. I 100% recommend Rock Valley!
