My wife scheduled an appointment but once it was setup they never responded back with follow-up questions that my wife had regarding the initial appointment. She ended up going somewhere else since they were so non-responsive.
Lisa is very unprofessional. I don’t know how my experience was so different from the others on this site, but Lisa is rude, unprofessional and I wouldn’t wish her on my worst enemy.
To say I was leery of "physical therapy" for the issues I was having would be a huge understatement! But after speaking to my aunt who is a retired PT and her telling me that "it is a real thing", I went! And I could not be happier about my decision to go. Lisa is not only compassionate about you as a patient, but she truly cares about getting you better. She is the most down to earth person and I feel 100% comfortable with her and would recommend her to anyone who needs her!
