At 41years of age, with three young kids and a physical job, my back was feeling 51 at best. After a 6 week program I can honestly say that I got all those years back and more. I had a painful nerve injury that impeded all motion. JC was the key in my healing journey. He alway knew the right exercises that reduced pain and encouraged recovery. He knew how much I could handle and what would be too challenging. Most of all his patience, understanding and encouragement kept me going through a painful process. I am forever grateful.
I just completed a series of appointments with Dr. JC. I’ve had chronic tightness in my lower back for years and nothing I’ve tried has worked until now. I didn’t think it was possible but now the tightness is gone! Dr. JC doesn’t treat the symptoms, he does a thorough assessment and gets at the underlying causes. I was pretty much down for the count. Had a miserable sharp pain in my right side that stopped me in my tracks. Went to several other places with no results. Then I was referred to Specialized Performance. Dr. JC got me where I needed to be with no manipulation. He showed me some movements and exercises that changed everything. So thankful for you Doc.
