I just completed a series of appointments with Dr. JC. I’ve had chronic tightness in my lower back for years and nothing I’ve tried has worked until now. I didn’t think it was possible but now the tightness is gone! Dr. JC doesn’t treat the symptoms, he does a thorough assessment and gets at the underlying causes. I was pretty much down for the count. Had a miserable sharp pain in my right side that stopped me in my tracks. Went to several other places with no results. Then I was referred to Specialized Performance. Dr. JC got me where I needed to be with no manipulation. He showed me some movements and exercises that changed everything. So thankful for you Doc. Dr. JC Aikenhead is great and really knows his stuff! I came to him with for a consultation with some lingering back pain from golfing regularly. He was able to quickly diagnose my core issues causing the pain and provided me with some very simple, yet effective exercises to alleviate the pain, strengthen my body, and prevent it from returning. Can’t recommend him enough for the any golfer that wants to strengthen weak parts of their body, or correct issues they currently face.
I’m hitting the ball longer and straighter than I ever have since seeing Dr. JC. The rotational power I gained is a direct result of his work. Run don’t walk to join him if you’re serious about making long lasting improvements to yourself and the game.
