These people harassed me to the point where I had to change my phone number. 4 to 5 phone calls a day. Which is ILLEGAL. And when they couldn’t reach me… they called my father. I was contacted about an amount I owe to the hospital which I pay on monthly and apparently they turned over for collections to specialized management!I I tried to explain to tge very rude woman that I have been paying and I would contact the hospital to find out what was going on! She then kept interrupting me and telling me that I never listen repeatedly! Terrible company! Called to make payment arrangements to actually pay my account off in 3 installments. Tried to avoid my “normal” account manager(Vic) who is rude, because all that this one will say is “being reported to the credit bureau, being reported to the credit bureau, being reported to the credit bureau.” Didn’t even take a moment to listen. Called about a bill my mother received ( my mom passed in 2019). I was her caretaker and I took care of all her bills. The lady I spoke with was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND INGORANT. She would not let me explain why I was calling. I keep telling her to listen but she hung up. That whole damn disrespectful business needs to be shut down.
reps are rude and disrespectful. called to speak to a supervisor and got hung up on several times. the rep that handled my account screamed at me on the phone and hung up in my face several times as well.
