I do not recommend this location for bike sales. When I asked questions, it felt like I was annoying the sales rep. I asked to see a bike to confirm my size on exact model that I wanted, which was standing right beside me. Instead he asked how tall I was and searched Google to get my size. The employees are here to pick up a check and use their employee discount. Don’t come here to learn, and don’t expect to spend any money here. I don’t even own a Specialized, I own a Trek, and felt very welcomed in their store. Store is very well maintained, definitely premium. Team is also knowledgeable and answered all technical questions.

This shop (same owner as Hilltop in Williamsburg) was super helpful in selling me a helmet. I went to Hilltop first and they didn’t have my size/color preference in a specific model, but the owner called over here and had them hold one (the last one!) for me until I could pedal over there. Great customer service!

Staff didn't know what model I was asking about, had no clue if or when it may be in stock, and was in complete contrast to the UWS location that was well informed about the same model, release date, and invited me to the shop like a proper bicycle shop and specialized representative should do. Whomever answers the phone should not be taking the role of interfacing with informed customers.
