I had to hire an expert to fix my credit report after they incorrectly filed my refinance as a short sale. They were completely uncooperative and unwilling to help me on my own. They cost me almost $1,000 in incorrect insurance payments and fees to hire a professional to deal with their unwillingness to resolve the matter with me directly. They only responded after I file with every available government agency.

I wholeheartedly do not recommend this company. Their predatory behavior to a family negatively impacted by the COVID pandemic is unethical, and their website and phone operators are so inept, it feels like an intentional effort to confuse you and trick you into default. This company intentionally makes it difficult to make payments, make and finalize loan modifications, and looks for ways to ruin your credit. Scumbags! My loan is current and yet I was billed an inspection fee of $15 last month, today another $115 BPO and inspection fees. Pretty sure Wells Fargo and Bank of America reached multi billion dollar settlements with the government because of a similar practice. This is ILLEGAL, IMMORAL and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Again, my loan is current!
Sls are crooks the charge fees just to find out what extra fees you have to pay they took money out of my account after my loan was paid took 30 seconds to take it out and took almost 3 weeks to give it back they let anyone request a payoff and charge you for it they are a bunch of crap cheaters lier and just there to rip you off unjust fees and I paid my lone off it’s been 3 weeks ago and still no release of lean 😡😡😡
Despite 10 calls over a 6 week period, they refuse to refund my full escrow and charged PMI three weeks after I refinanced for which they gave payout. The give different stories about the closing date, money due, and if it was mailed or not. There is no consistency or truth in their verbal statements.
