Folks beware of using this company. they were supposed to remodel my bathroom and did a very poor job at it. Not only did the installer damage my heater I now have no heat at all because they refused to repair or replace the broken heater. They did not finish painting the whole room and now I have three colors and must hire someone to come in and finish painting, and at this point I am not sure how much it is going to cost to repair or replace the heater. Do NOT use this company!!! They do NOT care about making your life easier. They did a bathroom modification so that my husband could age in place. The shower they installed is NOT usable. Specialized installed shower doors backwards and without the proper threshold. They refused to correct the error. My husband had to go to a nursing home because we did not have a safe way to keep him clean. He fell in the shower at the nursing home and died a horrible death. It was senseless!!!
