I have never had a team member continuing to argue with me, as a nurse I would never use this company again!!!
AMAZING AMAZING TEAM! Nurses, PTs and OTs just beyond great communication, they call before every appointment to let us know they are coming.
Terrible communication. The nurse is very nice but fails to communicate in a timely manner, if at all. Apparently, the weekly visit is the only time that any info is communicated. Am not impressed with the fact that they push the Rehabilitation facility and find reason to decline helping with therapy at home. 30 days later, and I have managed to get my husband walking myself.......... thanks to no help.
I would love to give kudos and love to Kelli Padgett. She sat with our family answering questions gave me updates during the night of my sister in law during her transition. She explained stages of the hospice process and was so kind. I called and she answered. She updated me during the night. She’s an Angel and we were so blessed to have her in our lives. Thank you so much Kelli we love you.
