Interviewed with Kathryn who made me extremely uncomfortable. Also, my aunt had their services and they never showed for the Start of care. Leaving my helpless aunt without care. Please choose another agency.
We’ve had an excellent experience with this home health team. The nurses are professional, kind, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is done properly. They communicate well with both the family and the doctor’s office, and our team!
I have never had a team member continuing to argue with me, as a nurse I would never use this company again!!!
AMAZING AMAZING TEAM! Nurses, PTs and OTs just beyond great communication, they call before every appointment to let us know they are coming.
Terrible communication. The nurse is very nice but fails to communicate in a timely manner, if at all. Apparently, the weekly visit is the only time that any info is communicated. Am not impressed with the fact that they push the Rehabilitation facility and find reason to decline helping with therapy at home. 30 days later, and I have managed to get my husband walking myself.......... thanks to no help.
