This business has the best customer service I have received in nearly 6 years I have lived at lifestyle Shepparton .I retired in 2018 and moved to Shepparton from Canberra, I worked most of my working life in customer service so I reconise good customer service when I see it and sadly not seen much of it since I moved here until I dealt with these guys ,they are lovely people and did a great job for me both times I have used them,I have no hesitation to recommend them.
Just had my two split systems installed earlier this week. The team was friendly, professional and able to accommodate for a change in installation date due unforseen circumstances. The installation only took a few hours and the team was able to provide insightful recommendations with regards to the installation location of the systems.
Turn up on time high standard of technical knowledge high standard of technitions nothing is too much trouble.
Arranged for a woodfire heater installation and everything was going good. They got the quote done promptly and worked around us to get this scheduled in. After the heater was installed and we started to use it there was a loud vibrating sound when the fan was on. Having to be that annoying person we tried called numerous times to get it looked at.
