We had a fantastic experience with Specialized Heating and Cooling. The team was professional, punctual, and easy to deal with from start to finish. A special mention goes to Mitchell, who went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy. He was incredibly helpful, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure the job was done to the highest standard. His customer service was second to none! Highly recommend these guys if you're looking for reliable, friendly, and high-quality service.
I would never recommend this company. I asked them to come to my home 80 kms away to diagnose & Re-gas my air conditioner if needed. They came out and spent some time checking my unit and told me that it’s probably low on gas but they don’t have time to run the required test and will have to come back another day. They then sent me an invoice for $350 and my air conditioner is still not working.
The team from Specialized Heating and Cooling were amazing. They were able to support me in my claim and were efficient in timing when the process was lodged! Instillation was fantastic with the team explaining the process, respecting the house and taking the time to inform me of how the new system runs. Thank you Dan and Team for your help from start to finish.
