Bought my Turbo Vado at a Specialized retailer in Atlanta, and then moved to Chicago. Mixed reviews on the Specialized dealers in both locations, since they both made the same error (sent me home with an unrideable bike that I had to go back to fix). First visit to Fulton Market Specialized, I came to replace the bike battery. Took a little time, but the staff were friendly and the software upgrade comprehensive.
