Called in someone answers and hangs up you can hear them typing on key board but they just pick up and hang up
We had ordered a wheel and paid with a check, yet we had a credit card on file and were charged as well. We called multiple times and left messages, and have not heard anything back. This was back in February. Today, we finally speak to someone and was told I had the wrong number and hung up on. Called back asked why I was calling the wrong number and was hung up on again. Very unprofessional!
Two outside side view mirrors were ordered. The photos on the website, that were available, appeared to show them in good condition. The order was placed on February 16 and was actually shipped around February 22nd. No biggie. The parts were sent directly to my mechanic and the box was nicely packaged showing NO damage. The individual parts were well wrapped, both myself and my mechanic taking notice. Upon unwrapping the well wrapped parts, each of the two mirrors/housing were damaged and unusable.
