All I can say is WOW! I started the process of shopping for carpet in the fall of 2022 by requesting quotes from 4 different, non-big box flooring stores. Specialized Floor Coverings was the only store that provided me my required items: 1. An upgraded, sound dampening pad 2. A documented manufacturer warranty on the carpet 3. We had vinyl plank installed in the main floor of our home and couldn’t be happier! Great service and quality work! It has been a few months since installation and we love our flooring! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody.
