I am just about 6 months into working out regularly at a gym for the first time in my 70-year life thanks to the people at Specialized Fitness. I signed up with a personal trainer and it's the best investment I have ever made. Patrick Trantham keeps me challenged while working out safely. I am really pleased with the progress I have made towards my goals. I joined this winter when frigid temperatures kept me out of my garage gym. Though small, this gym is very well equipped. Basically, all the weight equipment you need and a few machines and a cable machine… PLENTY of barbells. Additionally, there are several types of cardio equipment… rower. Assault bike, stair stepper, ski erg … and more! Although this is small gym, I work out in the evening ( typically crowded gym time), i never came across a situation where there wasn’t enough space.
