The bike fit session with Rai was very informative and helpful. My bike feels much better now.
This store is batting a zero. I’ve been in here 3 times , and each time after wandering the store unacknowledged I leave. Employees walking by, helping other customers but can’t bother to say “sorry for the wait, we will be right with you.”
