I had a very complex problem with a front derailleur cable broken inside the frame with a Specialized Transition Tri Bike. It was so complicated I called Specialized Corporate in Salt Lake City about the situation. I thought it may be un-fixable. As I live in Northern IL suburbs, they directed me to Specialized Lincoln-Park. I spoke with and met both Max and Eli (the Mechanic).
