Patty Shelton of Specialized Care Management and her firm are truly wonderful. They are deeply caring and extremely competent. They have taken exquisite care of one of my dearest friends for several years. It's been hard for me not be close my but comforting to know she is in the best of loving care with Specialized Care Management, especially Patty. I just wish they provided services in northern California. I would like them to manage my care of when the time comes.

Just began service with SCM, and although we've not even finished the care plan, I must give 5 stars to this organization. Complete professionalism, competence, quality staff, excellent communication, even down to their clear and documented-signable agreements and releases. Sometimes you come across an organization that really has their act together and is excellent at what they do from the jump, and you get wowed. This is such a group.
