I have taken my 2008 Toyota Camry to Specialized Automotive since I bought it new. When I needed some major work done on my vehicle they charged me 1/2 the price that the dealership quoted me. They have always provided great service! Very honest and friendly!
Beware!!!!! Took my 1997 Honda civic in for overheating. They told me it was the head gasket. After head gasket was changed ($900) vehicle continued to overheat. They then made me by a temperature sensor, an Radiator. Those two parts fixed the problem. (Less than $100) picked up vehicle and manager says " Its not unusual for a 97 HONDA to be burning some Oil." 13 days exact all Oil was empty!!!! After constantly feeding oil. ENGINE BLOWN one month later Wouldn't refund me or replace. Incident occurred three years ago. Amazed... read more
Since 2005 or so I have taken 2 Honda's (2002 and 1998) 2 Lexus (2007 and 1998) and one Acura (2007) here for everything from oil and filter service to transmission repairs, suspension repairs and many more. I have never had anything but good communication from Craig or Moses, accurate estimates and fair prices as well as good repair work. Never a problem. I only wish they worked on GM's and Fords. I would and have recommended Specialized Auto to my friends and family.
Alway friendly service, reasonable prices and a good understanding of what repairs need to be done.
