I didn't realize there was a way to give feedback until today when I made an appointment for my Highlander AC to be fixed, and saw these Google ratings. A while back (a year or 2) I had to decide whether to scrap my daughter's 2007 Prius that had a dead hybrid battery, or have the battery replaced. Eric gave me a reasonable quote to install a new OEM unit, finished the job when promised, and the car has run flawlessly ever since.
