I used Wheelzy as the third party and this was the company that picked my car up in Madison. They were able to accomodate short notice and came next day, no hassle and paid the amount they said they would. They communicated well the time they were coming both the day before and day of. Make sure you have your title and ID for the transfer! I see a lot of these negative reviews are people who didn't bring it. Thanks!
Driver was pleasant and punctual, paid what was agreed upon. Also had helped my wife move items that were blocking car. M.F.
If you can help it, do not use these guys. I went through three reschedules on their end- one on Friday from 10:15 to 2:15, then they rescheduled to that Friday from 3:30 to 6:30, and then Sunday from 8 to 12. They picked every one of those dates themselves, and no called/no showed to all of them. Dispatcher did not bother to communicate that they wouldnt be coming to any of them, so I took off of work and wasted a weekend day for nothing. Very rude to us, just threw the key on the floor after I didn't take the offer he didn't even give me the key dude just tossed it like garbage and was cussing a lot at me as he was walking away and leaving. DO NOT USE THESE RUSE OBNOXIOUS PEOPLE THEY ARE WORTHLESS HUMAN BEINGS TO BE TREATIING PEOPLE LIKE THAT!!!!!!!
Polite and came right away, we were payed to get our car towed when if circumstances were different some people should have had to pay to get their broken vehicle removed. Communication was efficient, highly recommend
