So the glass their using is extremely poor quality and not very durable. Personally I think the glass cracked it’s self from poor placement as I barely drove the car in two months, but was told it was from a small rock which it didn’t look like at all. I think if your glass can barely hold up for 60 days you should replace it. I will never use this company or their crude customer service again and will make sure to tell every person I work with of their horrid service. I recently had a rear window replaced by Specialized Auto Glass and upon inspecting the car after the work was done there were scratches on the trunk lid and there was also a large scuff on the brand new glass that was put in. I am very meticulous about my vehicles so I know that the scratches were not there before the window was replaced.
