I bought a helmet through their online store, but it didn’t fit and I had to return it. Unfortunately, they don’t refund the delivery cost, which feels unfair. I was ready to reorder a smaller size online, but this policy ruined the experience and trust. Because of this, I’ll be switching to another brand.

Could not have asked for a better bike shop experience. I knew the bike I wanted and the team at Specialized south Austin sourced it from an out of town shop and had it ready for me in only a couple of days. On pick up day, they made fit adjustments, demo’d all the bells & whistles, insisted I do a test ride, and made sure I had everything I needed without ever making a hard sales pitch. If you need a bike, call Specialized Austin. I’m glad I did!
