I have been ordering from S.A.W. for over 20 years. Ken Elmore is not in the retail Colt business. His operation is geared towards LE sales and support. Colt has gone through many changes and is now owned by CZ. Getting parts to your door in 3 days has never been the focus of S.A.W. Here you are paying for expertise and the correct part / shop services to have your Colt running perfectly. Just wanted to say that. Whenever the world had a certain Colt part OOS everywhere that I needed, I found it here.

Ken is a no BS kind of guy. If you have ever served in the military then you understand what I'm talking about. Not for snowflakes. Sorry your feelings are hurt. For my Colt firearms, I'll send them to Ken. Take a course from him, you might learn a thing or two.

I bought some parts from this company and received an email saying all the parts were in stock and would be shipped out soon. 2 weeks later they still haven't provided me with any tracking info or status updates so I emailed them to find out the status of my order. Ken (the owner) didn't think I was polite enough in my email (I wasn't being intentionally rude to the guy, I just had a lot of things going on so I just wrote a short, to the point email), so he wrote back- "THIS is not how you ask a question here.
