What I first found encouraging was a returned phone call following my voicemail regarding a hazardous tree I wanted removed. I was subsequently contacted by Carl, owner of Specialized Arbor Services, set up appointment and free estimate. On scheduled date, Carl arrived 15 minutes early (big +++). Carl and Rose are incredible arborists. They have helped us take down some very precarious trees with zero damage to structures. They work efficiently and are super cool people as well.
We've had Specialized Arbor Services out to our house twice now, to trim 2 different trees. Both times they were prompt, professional, and friendly. They really know what they are talking about and actually care about the health of the tree. They also clean up anything they trim, which is nice. Having them back in a few weeks to remove a stump for us and will continue to use them for any of our tree needs in the future.
We have used Specialized Arbor Service on two occasions in two seasons and are extremely satisfied with their work. They arrive on time and work efficiently, doing exactly what we had agreed upon. The price was exactly what we had been told it would be. We are very pleased.
