I have a Honda 250 outboard that ended up having an electric intermittent problem that left me stranded at the islands. Took the boat to 2 different service providers that could not figure the problem out. I saw that Specialty Marine was a certified Honda dealer so I took the boat to them. Scott the owner personally took on my project with one of his lead mechanics. They were able to find the issue and correct the problem quickly at a very reasonable cost.
