Bought a 159 ti from Carl, lovely fella until I found faul after fault with the car, leaking exhaust and binding brakes that should never have passed an MOT, shock absorber collapsed and leaking fuel feed, he is not interested in fixing and all he says is he's retiring and should have brought it back, avoid or make sure it's right
Bought a 200 SLK a month ago, Picked up on the Saturday , Car advertised as satnav which worked until you hit the first bump in the road then didnt, Also stated bluetooth which it doesnt have. Drove home from Huddersfield to Cheshire. The car then stood until Good Friday When we went on a trip, second day 50 miles away from home a massive clunk, and gearbox wouldn't move out of first gear, had to limp home and get recovery to collect car to send back under WARRANTY. Absolutely lovely gent is Carl. Bought a beautiful Alfa 159 Ti from him today, and so far everything has been perfect. Honest, knowledgable chap and didn’t feel pressured or like anything was hidden at all. Would definitely recommend for Alfas and other unique models
