I have been visiting this practice for many years. The specialist is very knowledgeable as well as willing to discuss treatment that works for me, not just from a textbook. The reception staff are exceptional. Friendly, supportive and make the experience of a medical practitioner visit both efficient and actually low stress and pleasant.
I haven’t met my doctor yet, but I wanted to thank the receptionist lady who went over and beyond to help me secure an urgent appointment. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. She was very patient, empathetic, and kind to answer my questions and concerns. I can’t thank her enough for her help. It was so warm and reassuring to hear the kind words when you were nervous about health condition. Definitely make my day! Thank you!
This place is not for you if you don't have the money. My cousin, who I care for, is penniless. We needed to postpone an appointment (trains not working), and my credit card was charged $79, pending a new appointment. I made the new appointment, but he needed to go into permanent care, so he couldn't attend at all. They refused to reimburse me, no matter how much I pleaded.
