I was so nervous going into my ESI appointment but on arrival, the front desk was extremely friendly and kind. There was a patient that arrived after me who needed somewhat immediate medical attention and they took him back swiftly and caringly so as to not disrupt the rest of the waiting room. Called me days before my appointment to reschedule. I came up there for my appointment only to be told that I would have to come out of pocket to be seen because they needed a letter from my auto insurance. They never mentioned they didn't have the verification during the rescheduling of the appointment. I asked why didn't they inform me so that I could get the letter and no one was able to give an answer. This office is very unprofessional. Steer clear of here.
My experience was great. Courtney was wonderful, as were all of her staff, and I would definitely recommend it
"Money hungry" My appointment for pain management turned into a bad cop( billing department "watch dog")-good cop ( Dr. Racheal) interrogation that went on for 45 min. ridiculously how much these newer Dr. are more outwardly concerned about how they are going to get pa$d rather than providing quality care to patients. If you are a person of color run don't walk from this place. I lost a love one while in therapy had to cancel in order to deal with it. Once I wasn't a cash cow they refused to fill out my paperwork. They charged me $35 and then took two weeks to advise me that they were not filling it out. I refused to go back because they ignored my main concern.
